We have a No returns or exchanges policy as all items are personalised to your requirements, so please double check your specs, and also double check sizing using the measurment guided provided to ensure correct fit prior to purchase.. Please bare this in mind prior to placing your order. we cannot guarantee changes once orders are placed.

It is the customers responsibility to leave very clear and specific notes as requested when ordering custom items, If you do not leave clear notes, we will not be responsible for this.

Here at Santina Emb, every order is custom made and therefore final. We do not offer any refunds after you purchase. Please take time and consideration before placing your order.

Please consider our turn around times before placing orders., which you can find info about this on our FAQ's page. PLEASE know that fulfilment times are estimated. It may take us longer to get your order out, depending on how busy we are at that time.  If you need your order by a certain time, please plan and order accordingly. You will not be refunded if your order doesn't arrive before your own deadline.

In the rare occasion your order arrives faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours from when you received the order. Along with pictures of the issue to support@santinaembroidery.com with subject 'Faulty' for us to make any necessary arrangements required.
